1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using App Review Manager ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

App Review Manager is a Chrome extension that provides AI-powered response suggestions for app reviews on App Store Connect and Google Play Console. The Service includes features such as smart reply generation, multi-language support, and sentiment analysis.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

App Review Manager offers free and paid subscription plans. Features available in each plan are described on our pricing page.

4.2 Payment Terms

For paid plans, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge you for your subscription plan.

4.3 Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

4.4 Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. After this period, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Collect or track personal information of other users
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of App Review Manager and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of App Review Manager.

7. User-Generated Content

The Service processes app reviews and generates responses based on your input. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you use with our Service, including ensuring you have the right to respond to app reviews on behalf of your app.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall App Review Manager, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

App Review Manager does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
